Damaged Goods Should a wine be damaged during delivery we will gladly offer a replacement or full refund. Notification can be by email within three working days of delivery.
Faulty Goods If a wine is found to be corked or faulty we will be happy to offer a replacement or credit. Notification must be given to us, via email, within 3 working days of delivery.
Incorrect Goods Delivered On the rare occasions this happens we offer a refund or replacement of the incorrect goods, on return of the bottle(s) in question. Notification must be given to us, via email, within 7 working days of delivery.

Prices listed are per bottle unless otherwise stated. They are subject to currency and market fluctuations, changes in VAT and Duty, as well as stock remaining unsold.
DiVino Wines Ltd is a UK Company and any dispute or claims that arise from using this Website must be made and settled under English law.
In the unlikely event that we have run out of an item on your order, we will endeavour to contact you to arrange a replacement. However, at peak times of the year, we do reserve the right to replace out of stock items with another item of equal or greater value. |
